Site Measure - In person site measurement and walk-through
CAD Plan + Elevation Drawings - Details your space with dimensions and Proposed Layout
Conceptual Images - Inspiration images tailored to your design
First Concept Design Meeting - Review the Conceptual Design and Proposed Layout
Revisions - One round
Second Concept Design Meeting - Finalized Layout with approved Conceptual Design, material selection and a Baseline Budget

Purchasing - Guide
I’ll make a custom shopping list for you in Excel or a Google Sheet and send you all the information you need to make ordering furniture and accessories a breeze.
Purchasing - Order Items - 20% Mark-up on each item
You’re busy so I’ll purchase your items for you! and I’ll track the shipping ETA and contact the manufactures for any delayed or discontinued items.
Design Consultation Only
You have the design concept figured out and you need help with layout, or vice versa. I can provide design guidance or just be your sounding board!
Styling Help!
So you’ve bought all the furniture, but you still need that extra design magic. I’ll come in and help with accessories, plants, art, books, and curate and edit the beautiful items you already own.
